This is a free community concert event sponsored by the City of Dallas - Office of Arts and Culture “Culture of Value” grant

The Culture of Value program is a collaborative micro-grant initiative created by the City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture, the Dallas Public Library, and the Dallas Park and Recreation Department to support arts projects that serve local communities and promote the principle that arts are essential to an equitable society.
